Moving Settings menu to home screen on Android 9

Of course, a few years old user of Android knows how to find or move the Settings menu on Android 9. But there may be users who may feel confused.

However, there is almost no difference on finding or moving the Settings menu in Android 9 compared to previous versions.

By default settings menu can be found on Apps or Menu (Home screen, bottom – left) or by swiping down from the top of your screen (see the images below).

 

 

Here is how to move Settings or any other menu to home screen on Android 9.

1. First create a free space in the Home screen to add a item.
2. Tap menu  on home screen , bottom – left.
3. Press and hold Settings , a small menu will open next to the menu.
4. Tap Add to home.
5. Or you can use the same method as in older versions, by moving the item left to the Home screen.
